These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of myburnoutreset.com and the free training, guides, resources, and text messaging offered by Mel Moore, a sole proprietor operating as My Burnout Reset ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our site or opting in to our messages, you agree to these Terms.

Using our content

Our training, guides, and resources are provided for your personal, educational use. They are not medical, psychological, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for how you apply anything you learn. All content, branding, and materials remain the property of Mel Moore (My Burnout Reset) and may not be resold or redistributed without permission.

SMS text messaging program terms

By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our forms, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from My Burnout Reset (operated by Mel Moore) at the number you provide. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Program description: training and webinar reminders, appointment and event reminders, follow-up messages, and occasional offers related to burnout recovery coaching.
Message frequency: message frequency varies.
Cost: message and data rates may apply, per your mobile carrier's plan.
Opt out: reply STOP at any time to cancel. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and you will not receive any further texts. Reply START to opt back in.

Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS consent with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone. See our Privacy Policy.
